Crazy Week

During Fall Fest, I had wayyy too much to do.  Monday, I had a Circle K meeting and Pilotline practice.  Tuesday, I spent the day making preparations for Circle K and Pilotline's booths.  Wednesday was Day 1 of the Fall Fest booths.  I also found out that there was a possibility that we could not perform at the basketball game on Saturday.  We also had an extra practice in the Gym for the performance.  Thursday, we got the confirmation.  Since the Athletic Department has not officially voted on bringing us in, we are not official representatives of the school and cannot perform until we are.  Also, we could not even wear our jackets to the game, since we are not officially LSUS's dance team.  It's stupid.  I hated disappointing my girls like that.  They had worked so hard to prepare for the game.  However, since we were not performing on Saturday, several things got cancelled.  We were supposed to show our dance to the Athletic Director for approval and we were going to have practice.  But we decided that since half of the line was sick, we needed the night off.  So, all we ended up having was an appearance at the soccer game.  Friday was the 2nd day of the Fall Fest booths.  Saturday morning, we attended the soccer brunch.  Then, the Circle K and Kiwanis Clubs went to the Providence House to take candy bags and books to the children.  Next, the Pilotline went to the soccer game to cheer and finally the basketball game.  We decided to still go to the basketball game to show our dedication to come even though we do not have their support yet.  And, here I am...still sick with a sinus infection and chest cold and exhausted.  Time for bed.
